QUERY STEPS FOR STUDENTS/PARENTS:

​

1. Go to any Commercial Bank and make the Bank Draft payable to

        "The Registrar C.X.C." on behalf of "StudentFirstName  StudentLastName"

​

    Cost of query review per subject - 60 BDS or 30 USD

    One bank draft can be used for more than one subject.

    There is no need to make bank drafts for individual subjects.

    There is no fee for querying a subject that you have been marked Absent or Ungraded in.

2. Take a clear picture or scan the bank draft to submit in the online form.

3. Fill out the form below using your hfcc.edu.tt school email only after obtaining your bank draft.

​

4. You can log back into the form and make changes at any point before the deadline date. After the deadline

    date the form will be closed off.

 

4. Drop off your bank drafts to any of the following persons in the Office Area of the school. Be sure to note the   

    name of the person you submitted and the date of submission.
